If you see an empty box on our calendar, it is because we are closed that day. Please look for the next date with a tour listed to purchase your ticket.
Yes, refunds will be issued up to one hour before the start of your tour by calling 204-226-8687, otherwise funds will be converted to a credit that can be used on any future tours.

All tours board in front of the Fort Garry Hotel in downtown Winnipeg. Just type ‘222 Broadway’ into your GPS or online map system, and you’ll find us!

Yes, there is ample paid visitor parking around The Forks site.
No. Tickets are sold as “General Admission”. With that in mind, you might want to arrive a little early to grab a seat of your choice. We begin boarding the trolley approximately 10 minutes before the start of the tour.
Yes, there is one stretch break during the tour; however, this tour is not a “hop-on, hop-off” service. Our informative guide will be introducing you to Winnipeg’s best sites, and we encourage you to return to explore them further at your leisure. All sites located along our route are accessible aboard the Winnipeg Transit System and our guide will be happy to assist you with using these services after the tour.
Yes! Our drivers do not double as tour guides; each tour has a dedicated driver and separate guide, to provide a more personalized and engaging tour experience.
Yes! We encourage our riders to take plenty of photos along the way. Please keep in mind, however, that it is sometimes difficult to capture great photographs while traveling from a moving vehicle. Also, please remember that we are on a live street, but we will slow down for photos at certain locations as long as we are not interfering with traffic.

Our Heart of a Nation tour is a sightseeing tour. The average speed on the tour is about 40 kilometres per hour (25 mph) in the city, and 30 kilometres per hour (19 mph) in Assiniboine Park.
During non-tour charter rentals, the trolley keeps pace with traffic, to ensure our customers arrive at their destination on time.
Yes! For the comfort of our passengers, our enclosed trolley has both heating and air conditioning.
Winnipeg is on of the sunniest cities in North America! During the summer when our public tours run, it can be as warm as 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit) or more. Our trolley is fully enclosed and air conditioned to keep passengers comfortable during our tour.
Yes, the trolley operates in the rain and is fully enclosed to keep our passengers warm and dry.
Yes! We have a limited number of ticket packs available for various fundraising events. Please contact us to enquire about availability.
For the comfort of other customers and to help keep our trolley clean, we respectfully ask that you do not bring food on board. Water and other non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
The trolley does not have a wheelchair lift. We are, however, able to accommodate riders who are able to get out of their wheelchair. We can store a wheelchair or walker securely at The Forks.
