Our Heart of a Nation tour is a sightseeing tour. The average speed on the tour is about 40 kilometres per hour (25 mph) in the city, and 30 kilometres per hour (19 mph) in Assiniboine Park. During non-tour charter rentals, the trolley keeps pace with traffic, to ensure our customers arrive at their destination on time.

Winnipeg is on of the sunniest cities in North America! During the summer when our public tours run, it can be as warm as 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit) or more. Our trolley is fully enclosed and air conditioned to keep passengers comfortable during our tour.

For the comfort of other customers and to help keep our trolley clean, we respectfully ask that you do not bring food on board. Water and other non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.
The trolley does not have a wheelchair lift. We are, however, able to accommodate riders who are able to get out of their wheelchair. We can store a wheelchair or walker securely at The Forks.
