Find out what lurks in the shadows as we take you inside some of Winnipeg’s most notorious and spine-chilling haunted locations.
For over a century, Winnipeg has been recognized for its abundant paranormal activity. Join us on the Trolley of Terror Winnipeg Ghost Tour to uncover the creepiest stories of our darkened streets. Learn about the gruesome executions of the early Canadian West, whose spectral victims are still spotted late at night; the local doctor who became the world’s foremost séance expert in the early 1900s; the most famous UFO sighting in Canadian history; and of course, the many, many ghosts that haunt this old prairie town.
Finish with the tale of Winnipeg’s most famous haunted building, the Fort Garry Hotel. Hear the hotel’s tragic tale of the lady in the white wedding dress and the hundreds of guests who have been left shaken—sometimes literally—by…something…once they turn out the lights for the night…
This tour will take you past many of the city’s most haunted buildings, including:
Enjoy guided tours and free time to explore on your own inside two of the city’s most famous haunted houses: Dalnavert, an eerie Victorian-era mansion where you will uncover unsettling Victorian traditions around death and mourning; and Seven Oaks House, the oldest and allegedly most haunted house in the city.
We skip the dry historical soundbites and instead focus on the engaging stories, outrageous people, and bone-chilling moments that help you appreciate and understand the darker side of our city’s past.
Discovering Winnipeg does not need to end when the sun goes down. Gather your courage and let us help you make the most of your itinerary with an entertaining, guided after-dark paranormal adventure.
